Sunday, April 8th

12 mile run with Mark for the last 8.  Was off the previous two days with sickness.

Thursday evening lift, April 5th

All around athlete full body workout.  Body getting tired from increased workload.

Thursday morning run, April 5th

5 mile run with Mark A.  Good run.  Cold and windy outside though.  37:58.

Wednesday, March 4th

Tempo work out - workout scheduled, 4 x 1 mile tempo with 1 min rest - workout completed, 3 x 1 mile tempo with 1 min rest + 1/2 mile tempo.  Mile times, 5:58, 5:52, 5:59, 1/2 time-2:51.  Thanks Chris W for running with me!

Monday, April 2nd.

Speed Workout -

Warm up from Old Town gym to track, 1.38 miles +

4 x 200m with 2 min jog rests (36s, 35s, 34s, 34s) +

4 x 400m with 3 min jog rests (71s, 70s, 70s, 69s) +

4 x 200m with 2 min jog rests (34s, 33s, 34s, 34s) +

Cool down run back to gym, 1.38 miles.

Weekend of Friday March 30 - April 1st

Friday, 4.13 mile run at lunch, Lift after work-preseason track routine

Saturday, first speed workout of the season, 8.36 miles total, 4 x 200s R pace, 4 x 1000m T pace, 4 x 200 R pace with 1 + warm up and 1+ cool down, 54:56 total.

Sunday, 12+ miles with Mark A., 1:31:56.  Lift 12:30 - all around body workout.
